Prince Harry’s charity, Sentebale announces players for the Sentebale Royal Salute Polo Cup fundraising event, hosted this year at Greenwich Polo Club, Connecticut in the US on Wednesday 15th May.
The Sentebale Land Rover team and St. Regis team will be led onto the field by international high-goal polo players. The Sentebale Land Rover team will be captained by Royal Salute Ambassador Malcolm Borwick, a regular in the England national team. The quartet will also include, Marc Ganzi, Michael Carrazza and Prince Harry, one of the founding Patrons of Sentebale.
Providing fierce competition will be the St. Regis polo team, captained by Sentebale’s newly appointed Ambassador and St. Regis Connoisseur, Nacho Figueras. Other team players include Peter Orthwein, Steve Lefkowitz and Dawn Laurel-Jones.
Town&Country magazine is kindly supporting the event as official umpire sponsor, whilst the Most Valuable Player Prize will be designed and presented by the English Jeweller Garrard. The teams will battle it out at the prestigious Greenwich Polo Club to win the trophy in Sentebale’s annual flagship fundraising polo event.
Distinguished guests from all over the world will gather to watch exhibition polo at its finest, including His Grace Torquhil Ian Campbell, the 13th Duke of Argyll, Royal Salute representative and known celebrities.
