The Pacific Coast Circuit of the U.S. Polo Association will hold its annual Delegates’ Meeting on Sunday, September 6, 2009, at 9:30 AM prior to the finals of the Pacific Coast Open. Due to the arrangements for the Open Final in the Polo Clubhouse, the meeting will be held in the Santa Barbara Polo Tennis Clubhouse and will last about 1 hour.
If you will not be able to attend this meeting, we would appreciate receiving a written report on your club’s activities for the last 12 months.
