If you need polo, there is plenty of action at SB Polo arena.  The Intercollegiate Western Regionals are now being played.  The finals are at 12 noon on  Sunday, like manana, but 1 hour earlier as the clock steps forward tonight.  It should be a fun day of polo as the Westmount Men’s Team, including a member of the long-time polo family in the form of Wiley Uretz.  The hard-hitting young gun Captain Colin White will team up with run and gun Bodie Bottoms.  These boys  will carry the SoCal flag against the Northern squad of Stanford.  No doubt they can ride themselves to the Nationals.  That is the way they looked on Friday in the semis.

On the Women’s side, it is the Lady’s of Cal Poly getting fired-up to take on Cuesta U, who came from nowhere to show they are in town right now.  It will be a lot of fun and the place to be come 10 am Sunday at SBPC.

Sorry to say I do not have the names of the lady players or Stanford men’s team.  I will get it by the end of the game. Come on out and watch them battle it out.  They will be flying just the same. So see you THERE. Coach John Westley is the man who makes it happen and he said it’s HAPPENING!!!
